Our standard service engagements do not require any upfront payments or deposits. However, preliminary projects, like late filings, corrections, data cleanup, or system migration may be offered at an additional fee.
Is there a renewal process?
Because we are focused on building long-term relationships, our service agreements automatically renew each year. This allows us to continue maintaining your account without interruption.
Can I change my path later?
Yes. As your financial partner, we want to grow with you. We can adjust your path as your business grows and your requirements evolve.
Do I have to sign a contract?
We work from service agreements, not "contracts." It's important for us to agree on scope of work and terms of service. If you ever have questions or concerns about the agreement, we're happy to discuss them.

As QuickBooks ProAdvisors, we specialize in QuickBooks Online software. All clients are expected to maintain their own QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payroll software subscriptions.
